How do I request a cancellation?

Contact us promptly with the order number and checkout email. We will check whether the order can still be stopped. A cancellation is not confirmed until support replies, and a dispatched parcel may need to follow the return process instead. See our refund policy for return conditions and contact us before sending anything back.
