One tone. A little space.

A gentle tap begins the sound. Listen as the tone unfolds and fades, then leave a moment of quiet before beginning again. Let this simple sequence become a familiar part of your time to yourself.

Holding two tuning forks by their stems during a quiet listening moment

Begin in three steps

  1. Settle in. Find a quiet spot and sit comfortably.
  2. Activate gently. Hold the fork by its stem and tap with a suitable activator, following the supplied instructions.
  3. Listen and pause. Keep the sound at a comfortable distance and volume. Allow it to fade before repeating.

Before meditation

Use a short listening session to mark the beginning of your practice. Give your attention to the sound, then continue with your usual meditation.

Between the day and the evening

After work or your usual yoga practice, take a seat and make room for a few unhurried moments. Keep the ritual as short or as spacious as you like.

Keep your ritual ready

Handle the forks carefully and protect them between sessions. Follow the supplied instructions for cleaning, activation and storage.
