My tracking has not updated

A tracking number can be created before the carrier collects or scans a parcel. Some international services also have a gap between departure and the next local scan. Check the carrier’s official tracking page and the latest estimated delivery window. If the parcel has remained unchanged beyond the expected stage, email us your order number and tracking number so we can investigate.
