Send us clear photos of the item and packaging together with your order number and the detail that differs. Natural materials can vary in pattern or color, and screen settings can affect appearance, but a wrong variant or a significant discrepancy should be reviewed. Keep the item and packaging while support checks the case, and contact us before returning it.
