  1. Place the calendar on a dry, stable surface.
  2. Look for the door numbered for each day from 1 to 24 December; the numbers are scattered across the design.
  3. Open the door and lift out the contents gently, exploring the textures and colours as your collection grows.

This is a direct-opening assortment. Excavation blocks and digging tools are not listed as included.

Materials and variety

The supplier describes the contents as a crystal/stone assortment. Individual mineral names, natural or manufactured origin and treatment details have not been provided, so the pieces are not individually identified or verified as untreated natural minerals. Photographs show example assortments; colours, markings, sizes and the mix can vary.

Packaging and gifting

The illustrated purple retail box is included, for an adult collector's seasonal display and daily-opening experience. Its celestial artwork is a visual theme. A separate gift bag, identification booklet and certificate are not listed as included.

Care and handling

Remove dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep the mixed pieces dry and away from strong heat, prolonged direct sunlight and cleaning chemicals. Avoid soaking, salt baths, steam and ultrasonic cleaning. Store pieces so they do not scratch or knock against one another.

Contains small parts. Keep away from children under 3 and pets, and supervise children when opening the box. Do not put the pieces in the mouth or in drinking water.

Does 24 mean 24 different mineral species?

The number refers to the numbered doors. A fixed total of individual pieces and a guaranteed number of distinct minerals are not specified; repeats or substitutions can occur.

Can I pick the stones inside?

The assortment is a surprise. Specific pictured stones and a fixed sequence of daily discoveries are not guaranteed.

Where is it dispatched from?

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders of USD 100 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below USD 100, available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time and may be longer during holidays, major promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact support@foviel.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has begun. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears lost, email support@foviel.com with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and explain the available next steps.

Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us at support@foviel.com before sending any item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom or personalized products, personal-care or hygiene-sensitive items once opened, hazardous materials, and gift cards cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless defective or unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to complete an approved return and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@foviel.com.
