Cover your eyes. Settle into your break.

Screen out surrounding light with an eye cover you can adjust to a comfortable fit. The weighted design adds a distinct, settled feel to your resting routine.

Find your fit in three steps

  1. Get comfortable. Choose a resting position and put your phone aside.
  2. Position and adjust. Place the mask over your eyes, keep your nose and mouth clear, and adjust the fastening as directed. The fit should feel comfortable rather than tight.
  3. Take your pause. Rest for a few quiet moments and remove the mask when you are ready. Remove it sooner if the fit or weight feels uncomfortable.

Your evening wind-down

Dim the room, settle into bed and give your evening a slower rhythm. Keep the mask nearby as part of a routine that feels like your own.

A midday moment to yourself

Make a quiet corner into a place for a daytime pause. Get comfortable, cover your eyes and step away from the next task for a little while.

Care between uses

Follow the care label supplied with your mask for cleaning and storage, so you can keep it ready for your next break.
