Before you choose

Are these real crystals or filled potion bottles?
No. They are PVC decorative figures. The bottle shapes are ornaments, not drinking or cosmetic products.

Will the set look exactly like the pictures?
Supplier illustrations show the intended designs and are not to scale. Colours and finish may vary, and background scene props are not included.

How should I display it?
Use it as a decorative collection and keep small pieces away from young children and pets.

Preparation and delivery

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders of USD 100 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below USD 100, available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time and may be longer during holidays, major promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Urgent air transport: typically 3–7 business days.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, tracking details are sent to the email address used for the order. You can also use the Track Your Order link in the Foviel footer. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking record.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges depend on the destination. They may be shown at checkout or assessed by local authorities. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country or region.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact support@foviel.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has begun. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears lost, email support@foviel.com with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and explain the available next steps.

Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us at support@foviel.com before sending any item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom or personalized products, personal-care or hygiene-sensitive items once opened, hazardous materials, and gift cards cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless defective or unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to complete an approved return and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@foviel.com.
