  2. Open the numbered compartment for each day from 1 to 24 December.

Política de reembolso

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN DE 30 DÍAS

Salvo que el artículo sea defectuoso, esté dañado o sea incorrecto, los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente. Los gastos de envío originales no son reembolsables, salvo que la legislación aplicable exija lo contrario.

DAÑOS E INCIDENCIAS

Revisa tu pedido cuando llegue y contacta con nosotros cuanto antes si el artículo es defectuoso, está dañado o es incorrecto. Incluye el número de pedido y fotos claras para que podamos evaluar la incidencia y solucionarla.

EXCEPCIONES / ARTÍCULOS NO DEVOLVIBLES

CAMBIOS

La forma más rápida de recibir un artículo diferente es completar una devolución autorizada y realizar un nuevo pedido una vez aceptada la devolución.
